This content is protected and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, or transmitted outside the official Artisan Living website without prior written consent.

We appreciate your respect for our intellectual property, which helps us continue delivering quality products and services.

Information Posted on Site

All photographs on the Artisan Living website are for design reference only. Product details and specifications are listed on each product page. While we strive for accuracy, colours and finishes shown online may differ slightly from the actual items.

We invite you to visit our showroom to view our collection and fabric or leather samples in person. Dimensions are measured at the widest points, with a possible variance of up to five percent (5%).

Stock Availability

Artisan Living Limited carefully curates the products featured on our website. If an item sells out, the “Add to Cart” option will be disabled promptly, and availability may not be guaranteed again. As stock levels can change between the time you place an order and when it is confirmed, Artisan Living Limited shall not be liable if a product becomes unavailable before acceptance of your order. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and, if you wish, offer the option to customise a new piece for you.

Pricing, Currencies, Payment and Payment Methods

All prices on the Artisan Living website are shown in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) and exclude delivery charges; please refer to our Shipping & Delivery Charges for details. Payments may be made by Visa, MasterCard or UnionPay, and all transactions are processed in HKD. While we strive for accuracy, pricing errors may occasionally occur. If an error is identified, we will notify you promptly so you may choose to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we cannot reach you, the order will be treated as cancelled and you will be informed by email. Should you cancel after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued as soon as reasonably possible.

Promotion Codes

To use a promotion code, simply enter it in the Voucher box at checkout and click “Update” before payment. Each code is valid for a limited time, applies only to qualifying items, and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are excluded unless specified, and codes cannot be applied to past orders. Artisan Living Limited reserves the right to amend or cancel promotions at any time. In Hong Kong, free delivery offers cover Standard Delivery only, with additional charges for Discovery Bay, Tung Chung, Ma Wan, and stair or off road locations. We encourage you to share codes with family and friends so everyone can enjoy our special offers.

Order Confirmation

When you place an order with Artisan Living Limited, you will receive an automated email confirming receipt, followed by a sales team member who will verify your order and payment details or resolve any issues. Once dispatched, you will be notified with delivery information and tracking details where applicable. For showroom purchases, our staff will contact you via email, mobile, or WhatsApp to arrange a convenient delivery date once your items have been prepared and inspected.

Large Volume Purchases

Our online prices are intended for retail purchases. For large volume or bulk orders, we welcome you to contact Artisan Living Limited directly for a customised quotation.

Lead Time

The lead time shown on our website or invoice for customised or out‑of‑stock products is provided as an estimate. Artisan Living Limited will make every effort to meet the indicated delivery date; however, by placing an order you acknowledge and accept that the actual delivery may occur earlier or later than stated. In such cases, Artisan Living Limited shall not be held liable or considered in breach of its obligations.
