- Deliveries are available Monday through Saturday, with confirmation provided 1–2 working days in advance. Please note that no deliveries will be made on statutory holidays or during extreme weather conditions (including thunderstorms, Typhoon Signal No. 8, or Black Rainstorm warnings). In such cases, your delivery will be rescheduled to the next available date based on our schedule.
- Our delivery service does not reach outlying islands, however, can be delivered to a quayside or pier on the Hong Kong, Kowloon, or New Territories side, where the customer is responsible for arranging sea transport and loading/unloading as well as the payment for any charges thus incurred. Also, our service does not deliver to boats, yachts or boathouses.
- Delivery includes unwrapping and assembling item(s) at the time of delivery. However, wall-mounting or lamp installation, and any product(s) not purchased at Artisan Living Limited is excluded from delivery service. Subsequent assembly service is available by appointment at extra charge.
- If the customer does not answer the door or pick up the phone upon arrival of good(s) at the appointed time, a re-arrangement will occur and additional delivery charges will apply.
- The customer should inspect the inventory item(s) delivered to ensure they are in order. Once signed, please note that Artisan Living Limited will not be held accountable for any damages subsequently identified.
- Any additional purchases, new sales orders, or amendments must be confirmed at least two (2) working days prior to the scheduled delivery date. Requests made after this timeframe may require rescheduling and could incur additional delivery charges.
- In the event that our delivery truck cannot access your address due to road or environmental restrictions, additional delivery fees may apply.
- If the removal of a gate/door/other fixture is required upon delivery, Artisan Living Limited does not bear the risk and responsibility for any damage caused.
- No discounts applicable for delivery fees. Customers can pay cash to the delivery team if additional charges arise on the day of the delivery.
Stair & Off-Road Buildings or Houses Charges (Hong Kong)
Artisan Living Limited is committed to providing smooth delivery, including walk-ups where elevators are unavailable or oversized furniture requires extra handling. To help us prepare, please inform us in advance at checkout or in our showrooms, or contact us later with your order number. If you are unsure about elevator or staircase access, kindly share photos and measurements so we can assess suitability. Please note that stair and off-road surcharges apply when items must be carried up or down steps or transported more than 20 meters from the nearest legitimate parking or loading area.
Items can only be delivered through stairwells if they fit safely within the space. For reference, one floor is considered 8–20 steps, and deliveries involving more than 10 floors (up to 200 steps) will require an external delivery company at an additional charge. Please note that we do not transport items outside the building using ropes, cranes, or similar equipment. If, for any reason, the item cannot be brought into the premises, the staircase handling fee will still apply for the service provided.
Customers are advised to inspect their items before carrying up the staircase. Please be aware that Artisan Living Limited does not bear the risk and responsibility for any damage that may occur while items are being carried through staircases.

Disposal Service
Artisan Living Limited provides a disposal service with additional charges upon prior request. Customers wishing to use this service must send a photo of the item(s) and notify us at least two (2) working days before the scheduled delivery date. Additional charges apply if items require disassembly or must be carried through staircases; customers are encouraged to dismantle items in advance to avoid disassembly fees (excluding items fixed to walls). Please note that Artisan Living Limited reserves the right to decline disposal requests at its discretion.

Furniture Storage
Customers are advised to either use our delivery service or collect their purchased items within thirty (30) days of purchase. Should storage be required beyond this period, Artisan Living Limited may provide extended storage, subject to warehouse capacity, at a fee of 10% - 50% of the invoice amount per item depending on the duration. All storage charges must be settled in full prior to release or delivery of goods. Please note that storage beyond the complimentary thirty (30) days is not guaranteed, and Artisan Living reserves the right to decline extended storage requests if capacity is unavailable.
