RETURN POLICY
Return & Exchange Policy
We hope you are happy with your Artisan Living purchase. We encourage all customers to carefully inspect their Artisan Living order upon delivery. If you are not satisfied, items may be returned in their original condition and packaging within seven (7) working days of delivery for exchange. Upon acceptance of the return, a credit note valid for one (1) year will be issued. Please note that a pickup and repacking fee, together with a return fee equal to twenty percent (20%) of the furniture's original price, will be deducted from the credit note. To initiate an exchange, customers must notify us by email at online@artisanliving.com.hk within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt, after which we will confirm the return order in writing. Returned items must be delivered back to the designated Artisan Living address within seven (7) days of receipt, in their original packaging. Artisan Living Limited reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in re-saleable condition, including all original packaging. Customers are responsible for any return or delivery fees, and for ensuring the item(s) reach Artisan Living Limited in its original condition.
Order Cancellation (Furniture Orders Only)
If you wish to cancel a furniture order before it has been dispatched, please notify us by email at online@artisanliving.com.hk within forty-eight (48) hours of placing your order. We will confirm your cancellation in writing by email. Please note that cancellations requested after the forty-eight (48) hour period cannot be accepted.
Exchange Conditions
If you wish to exchange goods, the cancelled items must be returned to us within seven (7) working days. Failure to return the items within this period entitles Artisan Living Limited to decline the exchange. Until the goods are returned, you are required to exercise reasonable care by storing them safely and under appropriate conditions.
Damaged or Incorrect Goods
If the goods you receive are damaged, faulty, or not as originally ordered, Artisan Living Limited will arrange an exchange or refund. Please notify us immediately upon delivery by emailing online@artisanliving.com.hk and include a photo of the affected item(s) for our quality assurance review. It is essential that all original packaging is retained and the item(s) are repacked with care. Our delivery team will collect the goods, and once inspected at our warehouse, a refund or replacement will be processed accordingly.
Exclusions from Exchange & Return Policy
Please note that this policy does not apply to Artisan Living gift vouchers, made-to-order items, consignment products, or seasonal and promotional items (including Christmas, tabletop, bedding essentials, and sale items). We regret that requests for cash refunds or credit notes cannot be accepted under any circumstances.
